How to Order:
Ordering is easy.
1. Choose. Once you have found the stamps or covers you wish to purchase, either write, fax, email or call us with your order. If you are ordering by fax, email or mail you may wish to use our convenient ORDER FORM. You may also order on any other form or spreadsheet you find convenient.
Don't see what you want? Perhaps you are looking for singles, covers, or items not on our price lists. We may still have it. Send us your want list. You may use our WANT LIST to list the items you need. We will send items to you on approval.
2. Shipping. In general, shipping is as follows. 0 to $500--add $2.00; $500 to $1,500--add $6.50; $1,500 to $2,500--add $8.50; over $2,500--add $25.00. If an order includes SS, covers or is marked Oversized, minimum shipping charges will be $3.00.
NOTE: Shipping for collections and catalogs is determined for each individual item. Please contact us for shipping costs on these items.
3. Sales Tax. Residents of Texas should add sales tax to all orders. In Houston, the rate is 8.25%.
4. Payment. We accept cash (not recommended), checks (drawn on US banks), money orders, international money orders denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We can also now accept PayPal--email us for PayPal information (firstname.lastname@example.org). When paying by credit card, be sure to provide us with the sixteen digit number, the expiration date and the three digit security code on the back.
