1935 Registered front from Buenos Aires to Vienna. Very attractive, the front appears to have been removed from a large parcel as the postage paid was $7.45., paid with 353 (2), 354, 427 and 427 (2). $25 PHOTO
341, 351, 397 on April 25, 1932 registered ourning cover from tiny town of Diamante, Entre Rios de Zurich. Reverse has nice Honog receivng CDS (5/13/32) and two wax seals (intact), unusual usage, $40. SCAN1 SCAN2
375-8, 382 on December 14, 1931 registered cover to Zurich. A lovely multicolored franking with a private Christmas seal all neatly tied. Front also has CAP ARCONA (ship) and Ceritficado (registered) markings in purple. Back shows attractive flag registration lale and December 30, 1931 Zurich receiving strike. The Cap Arcona was a German ocean liner that came to a tragic end in 1945 when it was sank by the RAF while transporting a large number of concentration camp prisoners with a large loss of live.
