Lovely bound book issued by the US Post Office Department and given to attendees of the 7th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas and Spain (UPAEP), October 12, 1955 containing unused blocks, pairs and singles of 1954-1955 issues and Artcraft cachets next to the stamps. Also includes portraits of President Eisenhower and Postmaster Arthur Summerfield. Interesting and seldom seen item $15.

Official Gift of the Colombian delegation to the 1979 UPU Executive meeting in Berne, Switzerland in 1979. A lovely booklet bound with string in the colors of the Colombian flag containing 1978 and 1979 issues of Colombia professionally mounted in the booklet. It includes 846, 868 (4 pages each with a strip of 4 from this issue, C665-6. These items along catalog more than $45 and there are more stamps. The whole booklet is just $20.
